Shipping usually takes up to 5 days outside of Jamaica and is completed through Fedex. For local deliveries through knutsford express is 1-3 days and a tracking number is provided once the item is shipped.
Yes! If you want a custom wig, add a specific style to it or or a special request, message us directly through WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Yes, same day delivery is available in select areas ( Kingston, Portmore, Spanish Town, ) depending on order time.
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

Yes, we accept returns/exchanges within 24 h of receiving the item. The item must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Contact us through our email for assistance.
