Deposits

A non refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received

Deposits go towards your final balance

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if proper notice is given
Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment

A 10-15 minute grace period is allowed. After this time a late fee of $1,000 may apply

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited
No-Shows

No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments

Remaining balance

The remaining balance is due at your appointment

Guests

No extra guests unless previously approved
Preparation & Health

Please arrive with hair prepared for your selected service unless otherwise stated
